For ten years, Lispring has been focusing on the R&D and production of wave springs and spiral retaining rings in the past, present and future, aiming to provide reliable and satisfactory products to global high-tech customers. We welcome your inquiries at any time.
Based on years of research and development experience, combined with customer needs and feedback information, and referring to relevant domestic and international standards, Lispring Company has summarized four major quality characteristics of wave springs: reliability, applicability, durability, and environmental adaptability.
Reliability
In terms of reliability, we mainly improve the tensile strength of the material. Because the working height of a wave spring under the same load is reduced by more than 50% compared to a normal cylindrical compression spring, in order to meet the requirements of product use and ensure product reliability, it is necessary to improve the tensile strength of the material. Based on theoretical design calculations and product big data, we have developed material tensile strength standards for different products.
Adaptability
In terms of applicability, in order to meet the application requirements of high-end fields such as military and aerospace, under the conditions allowed by existing production processes, we appropriately improve the product dimensional accuracy indicators and reduce the load tolerance indicators. At the same time, in order to facilitate customer design selection, we add the elastic coefficient indicator, which is conducive to accelerating the pace of replacing imported wave springs with domestic ones, solving the current situation of domestic imports being stuck, and improving the market share of domestic wave springs. At the same time, in order to ensure the accuracy and stability of wave springs in the production process, we have developed a standard range for the winding ratio of wave springs based on actual production and use conditions.
Durability
In terms of durability, the hardness index has been improved, and the measurement method and limit value for the fatigue life of wave springs have also been clarified, as wave springs are most prone to fatigue damage during long-term use.
The basis for determining the fatigue life indicator generally comes from the chapter on fatigue strength of springs in the spring manual, where the Goodman limit stress diagram is represented by minimum and maximum stresses.
Environmental applicability
In terms of environmental adaptability, in order to ensure the normal operation of the wave spring under certain environmental temperature differences, and taking into account the actual usage conditions of customers, a new temperature shock indicator has been added.
