Wave spring is divided into L/LM series wave spring and LS/LMS series wave spring.
(1) L/LM series wave spring
The L/LM series is a continuous winding wave-peak staggered corrugated spring. The characteristic of this series of wave springs is that it can provide ideal elasticity in a smaller installation space, saving 50% of space compared to general spiral springs.
(2) LS/LMS series wave spring
The LS/LMS series is a wave-peak staggered corrugated spring with a flat ring. In addition to the advantages of the L/LM type wave spring, the two ends of the corrugated spring have a flat ring, which is equivalent to adding two washers. Therefore, the spring has more uniform elasticity during use, especially in environments where there are holes on both ends of the installation space, and the LS/LMS type wave peak is easily trapped in the hole and cannot be used.
According to the processing technology, there are stamped wave springs and coiled wave springs.
