The spiral retaining ring is made of a long thread of flat metal rollers through heat treatment and surface treatment, with good elasticity and toughness. It is designed with a secondary shaft hole, double and multiple turns of loops. Compared to traditional stamping production of spiral retainer rings, it has the following advantages:
1.No gaps - it is a continuous circular shape with full contact between the assembly.
2.The cross section is equal and the force is evenly distributed to reduce stress concentration.
3.The round shape is smooth and complete, without any interference fit of the ears.
4.The inner and outer diameters are free of burrs and easy to disassemble and assemble.
5.No waste materials are produced during the production process, saving materials.
6.No mold is required, and by changing the thickness and number of turns of the material, loads can be easily made into light, medium, and heavy load types.
7.Short production cycle and a large number of optional materials, such as spring steel, stainless steel, copper and other metal materials, can promote production.
