According to the processing technology, it can be divided into punched wave springs and flat wire wound wave springs.
Characteristics of wave springs:
(1) The stiffness range is large, the buffering and vibration absorption capabilities are relatively strong, and the unit volume material has a large deformation energy.
(2) It has variable stiffness characteristics. The stiffness can be adjusted by changing the different combinations of wave peak height, width, and thickness. It can also regulate stiffness by adjusting the number of combined sheets.
(3) Compared with disc springs, it has the advantages of high precision, good flexibility, and strong impact resistance.
(4) The structure size is compact. Under the same physical parameter conditions, the required installation space is smaller.
