Lispring company Makes a Major Investment in Fully Automatic Ultrasonic Hydrocarbon Vacuum Cleaning Equipment

This equipment adopts advanced vacuum technology and ultrasonic cleaning principles, enabling effective removal of oil, grease, and impurities from the surface of workpieces. It is especially suitable for spring manufacturing processes that require a high level of cleanliness.

The ultrasonic cleaning machine is a fully automated cleaning system, with the entire operation controlled by a PLC and touch screen interface. The operator places the cleaning basket filled with workpieces onto the loading conveyor. The basket is then automatically conveyed to the loading station, where a robotic arm transfers it to each cleaning station in sequence. The workpieces undergo the following cleaning process: No.1 degassing ultrasonic cleaning → No.2 powerful vacuum ultrasonic precision cleaning → No.3 vacuum vapor bath cleaning and drying. After this, the robotic arm transfers the basket to the unloading conveyor, completing the entire cleaning and drying process.

The cleaning machine is composed of multiple tanks, including a degassing ultrasonic cleaning tank and a vacuum ultrasonic cleaning tank. It is equipped with a cooling circulation and temperature control system to ensure that the cleaning agent operates within a safe temperature range. At the same time, the vacuum environment accelerates solvent evaporation and residue removal, achieving high-efficiency and environmentally friendly cleaning results. In addition, the system features full automation with monitoring capabilities, minimizing manual intervention and improving production efficiency.

A Lispring representative stated that this equipment allows the company to achieve zero-emission recycling of hydrocarbon solvents through distillation, reducing solvent loss while ensuring a fully enclosed cleaning process. This contributes to further optimization of the production workflow for wave springs and spiral retaining rings, enhancing product quality and meeting the growing market demand. The company also plans to collaborate with equipment suppliers to explore more efficient cleaning processes and environmentally friendly solutions.
