For ten years, Lispring has been focusing on the R&D and production of wave springs and spiral retaining rings in the past, present and future, aiming to provide reliable and satisfactory products to global high-tech customers. We welcome your inquiries at any time.
The wave springs developed and produced by Lispring company have successfully assisted the Tianwen 1 probe to land on the preselected landing area in the southern Utopia plain of Mars on May 15, under the global attention of billions of people. The 16 special shock-absorbing springs around the engine of the lander of Tianwen 1 are wave springs with two kinds of diameters of about 8 centimeters and 6 centimeters. Each Tianwen 1 is equipped with 8 springs. The flat wire sine wave structure shock-absorbing wave springs produced by Lispring for Tianwen 1 are made of special alloys. Each spring can withstand a force of 30-45 Newton when compresseding 10 millimeters. Its performance is far superior to traditional spiral springs. This kind of spring can withstand high temperatures of 800℃, meet the requirements of lightweight and compact products for aerospace and aviation, and achieve high standards of fatigue resistance. Our wave springs will also be applied to cutting-edge products such as China's lunar probes, J-15, J-20, and domestically produced large aircraft C919, as well as extensively used in Huawei's self-driving new energy vehicles.
