I. Interviewees

Leading industrial enterprises, high-growth industrial enterprises, high-tech enterprises, provincial-level science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, high-growth tax-paying enterprises, enterprises that have upgraded from small to medium-sized, key enterprises in the three-year growth plan for small and micro enterprises, agricultural leading enterprises, etc.

II. Participants

Members of the leading group of the Municipal Party Committee for talent work, members of the leading group of relevant functional departments, personnel in charge of business departments, members of the township (street) leading group, personnel in functional offices, village-based cadres, and business commissioners (deputies).

III. Work Requirements

  1. 1.Strengthen ideological understanding. The "Thousands of Enterprises and Talents Visit" activity is an important work to explore the talent foundation of the city. All units should take this opportunity to carry out in-depth and meticulous visits and actively establish good interactive relationships with enterprises. All interviewers should raise their position, actively participate, work carefully, and understand the situation of enterprise talents through sending policies, establishing contacts, exploring needs, listening to suggestions, strengthening communication and coordination with enterprises, establishing a long-term service mechanism, and helping enterprise talents develop.

  2. 2.Improve work methods. This event adopts paperless visits and online information collection. Each visiting team should be familiar with the content of talent policies and the operation of platform systems in advance. After the visit, they should timely track and implement the online information reporting and daily work contact of the enterprises.
